This is the third time that I have photographed the G Family, including their ever-so-handsome twin boys who are successful actors. You can view their FIRST and SECOND sessions here on the blog. This time, we did a multi-functional session, if you will. Family portraits + headshots + a gorgeous family = some pretty great images!
I have known the F Family since high school. Now that we both have kids, it’s such an honor to be able to capture their family in the same way that I try to capture mine. We are so very lucky that our 4 sweet kids will grow up together…two big brothers and two little sisters.
I really loved working with the Johnstons for the first time last year; you can view their first session HERE. I was so excited when M contacted me to set up another session. Returning clients are the best kind because I absolutely love seeing their kids grow! For this particular session, we were on rainy weather watch (so strange for this time of year) prior to the session, but it cleared out and dried up just in time. We had some gorgeous light after all!
To say that my life has been crazy lately would be an understatement. I’ve been juggling so many things that my blog has fallen down a notch (or two) on my priority list. That said, I’m happy to present a new post, a session with my son, who I’m having the time of my life watching grow up into a strong, confident little man. ❤
This is how my kids spent Spring Break this year. They would much rather put together puzzles and create art than watch TV and I love that about them. What did your kids do?
I have known Baby G’s mommy for over 8 years now, although she and I have never even lived in the same city. When I found out that she and her family were moving to San Diego, I was so excited and immediately began planning out a time when I could drive down. When she asked me to photograph newborn Baby G, it was the perfect opportunity. I was delighted to find out that Baby G is seriously adorable and sweet, just like his three older siblings, his mommy and daddy. Congrats, S Family!
I first photographed the M sisters last time one of them was home on leave from the Army. Her mom was so excited that she was coming home for the holidays, that she booked a family session, this time with the whole family, to commemorate the event.
I don’t think I can even describe how much fun I had with the M Family. They are hilarious, playful, and full of belly laughs. What an awesome ending to a chilly Sunday afternoon.
We planned, planned, and planned for the C Family’s mini session, but we soon found that we couldn’t prepare for everything. The C kids started out happy, but quickly decided that having their pictures taken wasn’t their cup of tea (which I totally get!). Nevertheless, we managed to get a few giggles and sweet smiles out of them in a gorgeous setting with gorgeous light.
Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed describes newborn Baby S perfectly. Actually, AWAKE is the operative word here. Baby S’ mommy had quite the time trying to get her to sleep, but in the end, she decided that she wanted to be part of the party, so we snapped away anyway. The best thing about this session for me? The baby yawns! Adorable!!!
